At Billy J, we want you to love your new outfit, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or deodorant marks.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached before starting your return.

  Submit Online Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred courier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, you will receive a store credit via email to use on your next Billy J wardrobe update.
